Can I look up parts by a certain manufacturer?
Yes, you can. On the homepage you can search by Vehicle or by VIN. For a Vehicle search, you would enter the year, make, and model of the vehicle. You would then be guided through our search by narrowing down the vehicle specifications and selecting your part categories. For a VIN search you would input a valid VIN and then further narrow down your search to display the parts that you would like.
Can I see what orders I have placed for a specific part?
Click on the My Account link in the top right corner of the screen once you are logged in. You can then select the Invoices tab and this is where you will find all of your orders.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, you need to ensure you are logged into the system. The fastest way to order is to input your vehicle specifications. After selecting the appropriate vehicle, you will then receive the Main Category selection box.
After making a selection from the Main Category i.e. Brake & Wheel Bearings, you will then get a sub-category selection box. Then make a selection from the sub-category, i.e. Front Pad & Shoes, Rotors and Drums and then a list of products will be displayed.
When you find the item you wish to purchase, ensure the quantity is correct and click on the Add to Cart button. When finished with putting your items in the cart, scroll to the top of the page and click on the Checkout box, which is displayed as a cart with your number of items and price total.
You will then be forwarded to the Shopping Cart page. You may change the ship to address if necessary by filling in the information, as well giving any special comments. After this you will then select the Checkout button, which will submit your order.
How do I sign in as a new customer?
In the top right corner of the screen you will see the Create Account button. After clicking Create Account, you will complete the necessary information. Click the Create Account button and a screen will advise you that your registration is completed. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your registration, and more details about your registration and how to log in.
How long does it take until I can place orders under my new customer number?
You can start to place orders once you have been contacted with further information regarding your account registration.
Where can I see the promotions that are currently running?
We display our promotions as “Banners” on the homepage, which you can click on for further details.
Who should I contact if I’m not sure what to do?
Click on the “Contact” link at the top of the screen. You can find information including contact name and phone numbers on this page, as well as submit a request by completing the page's form. Our support number and email is also listed at the bottom and top of pages for your convenience.
