Returns/Exchange

This Return Policy governs ICP/CPI acceptance of returns.

New Returns

Returns or exchanges of any item with the original purchase receipt or invoice must be made within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days the refund will be Prorated. See Prorated Return below for more detail.
All NEW return requires that item(s) must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged. Credit will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC GOODS are non-refundable.
• Opened Gaskets are non-refundable
• Clearance and “AS IS” merchandise are non-refundable.
• Special Order are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 
ICP/CPI reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.

Core Returns

All Core returns need to be for the exact part purchased, in original packaging and in fully rebuildable, undamaged, condition Credit WILL NOT be applied until the part is received. Core must be returned within 60 days from your date of purchase.

Warranty

1 Year/ 12K Miles

Warranty must be made within 1 year from your date of purchase. We reserve the right to have the defective part inspected by the manufacture before issuing credit. If this were to occur, you will have to pay for the new unit until inspection is completed for the refund. Defective credit will only be issue if the part is determined to be defective. Worn, improperly installed, or damaged product are not covered under Warranty.
 

Prorated Return Policy

New Return (excluding Exceptions)

• Within 30 days no deduction.
• After 30 Days 20% deducted from original cost.
• After 180 Days 50% deducted from original cost.
• After 365 Days 100% deducted from original cost.

 

Core Return

• Within 60 days no deduction
• After 60 days 100% deducted from core cost.
